Kelly Williams
Kelly is a passionate Personal Trainer with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and holds a Certificate in Nutrition. After navigating her own journey with PCOS, endometriosis and adenomyosis, Kelly was inspired to step fully into the fitness space – not just to push herself physically, but to show others that strength, progress, and feeling good in your body are possible at any size, stage, or ability.
Approach
Coming from a corporate background, Kelly understands the pressures of a demanding lifestyle and the importance of creating training that fits real life. She knows firsthand how hard it can be to prioritise your health – and how empowering it is when you finally do.
Living with a chronic illness taught Kelly that fitness doesn’t have to mean extremes. You don’t need to punish your body or fit into a certain mould to enjoy movement or achieve your goals. Her approach to training is empowering, inclusive, and flexible – focusing on building confidence, consistency, and real-world strength that supports a full, vibrant life.
She loves helping her clients realise just how capable they are – whether they’re learning to lift, returning to exercise, or chasing new milestones. Kelly blends structured strength training with a supportive mindset to create an experience that feels both challenging and kind. She’s also walked the walk – having completed a marathon, competed in Hyrox, and currently training for two more marathons!
About Kelly
Outside of lifting weights and running, you’ll find Kelly learning Muay Thai, or enjoying a slow evening at home curled up with her two cats Harvey and Hugo watching reality tv. She is also an avid traveller, who can’t wait for her next holiday!
