Promotional Terms and Conditions: “30% Stronger in 30 Days” promotion
Promotion Details:
Eligible new clients who purchase a 10-pack of personal training sessions or more, will be guaranteed a strength increase of 30% or their money back.
Promotion Provider:
The provider of this promotion is Plexus Personal Training, ABN 18 644 909 740, located at 971 Pacific Highway, Pymble, New South Wales, Australia.
Promotion Period:
This promotion is valid From 1st Oct 2025 – 15th Dec 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
Eligibility:
This promotion is only available to new clients of Plexus Personal Training
New clients must purchase and complete payment for a 10 session package within the Promotion Period.
Previous or existing clients are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
This promotion is subject to you as the Client training at Plexus twice each week, for 5 weeks. If you do not train at Plexus twice in each week from the commencement of your package, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.
This promotion is subject to availability.
How we measure strength increases:
At the commencement of your package, Plexus will design a program that is tailored to the Client’s long term goals. Plexus will then gather data on exercises within this program to create a Baseline Level of Performance for each Client.
An increase in the number of repetitions or absolute weight of 30% on any exercise is considered a 30% improvement in the Client’s strength. For example if a Client lifted 30% more weight on the same exercise compared to their Baseline Level of Performance, or improved the amount of reps by 30% with the same weight as their Baseline Level of Performance (including bodyweight exercises).
Exclusion to Other Promotions:
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions provided by Plexus Personal Training
Use of Promotion:
This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
Limitation:
Limit of one 10-session package per eligible client can be refunded if the 30% hurdle is not met.
Personal Information:
By participating in this promotion, clients agree to provide Plexus Personal Training with valid and accurate personal information and allow Plexus Personal Training to contact them regarding the promotion and related services.
Promotion Amendments and Termination:
Plexus Personal Training reserves the right to change, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.
Liability:
Plexus Personal Training will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the acceptance or use of the gift card or participation in this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms:
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
