Our Studio & Trainers

Our one-on-one personal training in Pymble takes place in our private studio.

The methods that we use are proven, effective and sustainable. We have an eye for analysing technique and will address any issues on the spot. We also educate out clients on the correct technique. As a result, they learn how to train and move safely, both in and out of the gym.
